The ideal candidate has four or more years of transactional business corporate experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. Broad experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters preferred, including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, performing due diligence on M&A transactions, drafting M&A transaction documents and drafting governance documents for various entity structures. Candidates would have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas within the firm’s business corporate practice, including M&A, technology and privacy.
