Job Description and Requirements

This position will initially support the Synopsys Integrity Group business unit of Synopsys handling complex commercial contracts including software licensing, cybersecurity services, channel partner agreements, open source license compliance, privacy, and more. Synopsys Integrity Group is an industry leader in Application Security testing tools, services, and programs to enable customers to manage open source license compliance and to detect, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities and defects across their entire software development lifecycle.

• 5-7 years of legal experience with a minimum of 2-3 years in a corporate legal department preferred. Experience in an established software company in the technology sector would be particularly valuable.
• Must have reseller experience
• Experience with software licensing, software-as-a-service, and cybersecurity services agreements.
• Experience with channel partner transactions preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable integrity, good judgment, flexible, and pragmatic.
• Creative problem solver who is collaborative, possesses sound business judgment, is detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
• Experience working with sales, resellers, direct and indirect sales and sales agreements
• Ability to work with the sales and engineering teams in high growth, fast-paced environment.
• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Membership to the California Bar.
• Local candidates preferred.
• Remote work is an option.
