The principal task of the Assistant Dean of Career Development is to oversee Baylor Law School’s Career Development Office. The Assistant Dean of Career Development assists Baylor Law students and Baylor Lawyers in making informed decisions about their career paths and developing individual career strategies. In addition, the Assistant Dean of Career Development will develop and implement new programs as necessary to further the mission of Baylor Law School, namely as the preeminent national law school dedicated to the professional development of its students.
