The firm specializes in providing high-quality immigration legal services for companies and individuals. As an integral part of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for consulting with clients, providing legal advice, and representing clients in various immigration matters. This includes but is not limited to client representation in immigration court for removal defense, preparation and filing of legal documents, petitions, and applications. Moreover, the role involves representing clients before several key agencies and courts, such as EOIR, USCIS, DHS, ICE, CBP, DOS, U.S. Federal Courts, and courts of appeals. The candidate will also engage in direct client communication to provide case strategy, collaborate with colleagues, review work, prepare clients for interviews and court hearings, and any other duties necessitated by the firm. The position requires full-time on-site commitment in Atlanta, Georgia. 
 J.D. degree 
 Law license in a U.S. state 
 Minimum 5 years in-depth immigration law experience 
 Must relocate to Atlanta, GA area 
 Spanish Highly Preferred
