The product:
Digital binders, familiar workflow: Flip tabs just like a physical binder, highlight important text, and scribble notes in the “margins” using a stylus or keyboard. Litigators don’t need to change how they work; it just gets easier.

The Opportunity
We’re entering a sustained growth phase and need a hunter?mindset Sales Executive to own net?new revenue, refine our sales playbook, and become the public face of the technology to mid? and large?sized law firms nationwide. You’ll report to and collaborate closely with the founder to shape our expansion strategy.
This position is for someone motivated to work hard and independently to sell a new product to a large potential market. This job has great financial opportunities for someone who is proactive, driven, and creative.
What You’ll Do
Take charge of the area: Develop and implement a strategic plan to exceed sales goals through active prospecting, personalized approaches, referrals, and attending targeted conferences.
Manage the entire sales process: From discovery to live or virtual demonstrations, creating tailored proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and finally handing off for implementation.
Sell with a consultative approach: Understand complex litigation workflows, identify pain points, and present Align as the best return on investment.
Improve the process: Document best practices, update messaging, and influence pricing, packaging, and ideal customer profile definitions.
Be the face of the product: Gather competitive intelligence and customer feedback for the product and marketing teams.
Promote: Speak at webinars, continuing legal education events, and industry panels to raise awareness of the technology.
You must have a JD
3-5 years of legal tech experience is strongly preferred.
However, hiring authority is looking for stars and could very well consider someone who has had 3-5 years of success selling another type of b2b product
Hiring authority might also consider a law firm associate who has succeeded at every level and has the belief that they can succeed at things they have never tried before (within reason)
