Director of Employer Programs
Baylor Law seeks a Director of Employer Programs to support its Career Development Office (CDO).  Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Career Development, the Director of Employer Programs for Baylor Law is a critical connection between the legal market and Baylor Law talent.  The Director of Employer Programs will be responsible for connecting law firms, corporations, government offices, and non-profit organizations with Baylor Law students to secure internship, field placement, and post-graduate opportunities.  Primary duties of the Director of Employer Programs will include overseeing the implementation and support of on-campus, remote, external services for legal employers seeking Baylor Lawyers.  In addition to the CDO team, the Director will collaborate with Baylor Law’s facu
