The Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities and Finance Law is responsible for providing legal advice and support on the Company’s securities law and disclosure matters.Essential Job Functions Ensuring our compliance with applicable securities laws and stock exchange regulations Prepare and review SEC filings including registration statements including but not limited to SEC filings on Form 10-K, Form 10-Q, Form 8-K, Schedule 13D and Schedule 13G, press releases and investor presentations Advising and supporting matters relating to disclosure controls and procedures and securities laws generally. Providing legal counsel to the finance, tax and treasury groups, including in connection with all financing activities and transactions,
