Leading NY downtown law firm seeking immigration attorney (w/ 2-5 years experience). Primary focus will be family based immigration and removal defense. Duties will include: attending hearings and interviews, writing briefs, motions, and appeals. Must be a self-starter and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Foreign language fluency (Spanish) is preferred but not required. Candidates must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and have strong analytical (research & writing) as well as organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork are valued.
