The Director, Legal (Securities & Governance) is responsible for (i) drafting and reviewing regulatory documents required for filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), (ii) managing corporate governance and updating and drafting policies and procedures for compliance with NYSE and SEC regulations and requirements, (iii) maintaining awareness of governance trends and making appropriate recommendations, and (iv) reviewing corporate communications including communications with investors, disclosures, press releases, marketing materials, and investor presentations.
