Connell Foley, a large New Jersey commercial law firm located in Roseland, NJ seeks a paralegal to join our Immigration and Global Mobility group.  This is an unusual opportunity to work as an employment and family-based immigration paralegal, joining a cohesive immigration team within an established multi-practice firm. We seek a paralegal with exceptional writing skills to process employment and family-based petitions and applications submitted to USCIS and DOS.  The successful candidate will work directly with a partner to draft petitions including, but not limited to, I-129s, I-140s, I-130s, I-485s, I-131s, I-765s, employer support letters, RFE responses, and N-400s.  The practice is fast-paced, involving client interaction on the part of the paralegal.
