Multi-state consumer collections law firm seeks an Attorney to join our South Carolina team. This role is primarily remote, but will require occasional travel throughout the state to attend court hearings. Responsibilities include negotiating resolution of pending litigation, motion practice, review and drafting of pleadings/discovery, court appearances, document execution, calendar management and other duties related to a high volume practice.
