We are seeking an Immigration Law Attorney to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be Deportation Defense and Family Court matters. While our firm also handles a significant number of family-based immigration and humanitarian relief cases (VAWA, T-Visas, U-Visas, SIJS, family petitions, etc.), the managing attorney currently takes the lead on those. However, there will be opportunities to assist with these cases if you have an interest. Additionally, we are open to discussing the expansion of a criminal defense practice if the candidate has experience and interest in that area.
