This hybrid role combines legal expertise with leadership in trust administration.   As General counsel, oversee matters related to corporate governance, mergers and acquisition activities, compliance issues and employment.  This position is responsible for providing legal counsel to the company on a wide range of legal issues including contracts, risk management, vendor management, policy review, and employee benefits.
