Our Kentucky based Immigration office is looking to expand its reach to the immigrant community in North Mississippi.  We are looking for an associate attorney to lead our Tupelo, Mississippi office.  The Tupelo office is well established but needs a full time attorney to lead it. The associate attorney will be responsible for immigration matters as well as state court cases for the immigrant community and their families.  Primary responsibility will be covering the Memphis Immigration court, filing family based visa petitions, DACA renewals, TPS applications and other related immigration cases with USCIS.  State court cases will include divorce, child custody, misdemeanor criminal defense, and estate planning.
