THE POSITION We represent many clients in family and humanitarian immigration cases such as petitioning for loved ones or applying for visas for victims of crime. This position will be a part of the family- and humanitarian-based immigration team working alongside other experienced attorneys and paralegals/legal assistants. This position will not handle removal defense.
