The Cheyenne County Attorney’s Office in Sidney, Nebraska is seeking applications for a full-time position for Deputy County Attorney.   The position provides substantial litigation experience. The Cheyenne County Attorney’s Office building is outstanding. It was recently renovated and has approximately 4,000 square feet. We have two attorneys. An opening for an additional attorney. And five assistants.    Salary range is up to $90,000/year.  Primary duties include prosecuting infraction and misdemeanor cases.   Benefits include family health insurance coverage, life insurance, retirement (4.5% employee contribution with a 150% county match), group rate dental and vision coverage, sick leave, and vacation leave.
