The role will entail meeting with clients, conducting interviews, advising them on eligibility for relief under applicable immigration laws, and assisting clients with preparing applications. The immigration attorney will conduct preliminary work in preparation for client interviews and hearings before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
