The Jackson County Attorney is seeking a motivated individual to serve as Assistant County Attorney for Jackson County.     Primary duties of the position include representing the State of Iowa in all levels of criminal cases, juvenile delinquency, child in need of assistance/termination of parental rights cases, and civil commitment cases. Representing Jackson County in county infraction cases and other civil matters. Assisting law enforcement with investigations and charging decisions, including outside of normal office hours as needed.
