You are responsible for recommending, designing, and running cross-team projects to support the broader business strategy. You will lead a team of legal analysts responsible for creating data-driven analysis, practice tools, and content for corporate governance, ESG, and general securities practitioners, and other subject matter areas, as assigned.

What you will do: 

• Work with the Team Lead and organization to form and manage highly efficient project-based teams, comprised of fellow analysis team members, to create and deliver unique, recurring, technology-enhanced tools and content for the markets served by the business.  
• Manage projects to budget and provides continuous project and performance feedback to the Team Lead and the broader organization. 
• Work with the Team Lead and organization to design and manage investments to optimize workflows through technologies. 
• Serve as the face of Bloomberg Law expertise in the market through interactions with law schools, law firms, government, and corporate leaders. 
• Demonstrate thought leadership, including external speaking opportunities. 
• Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. 

 You need to have: 

• Bachelor’s degree required.  J.D. required.
• 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in developing and executing on workflow solutions to solve customer problems in the legal, professional, and financial markets, with at least 3+ years’ experience in corporate governance, ESG, and/or securities law generally. Diverse experience as an individual contributor.
• Adept at working directly with experts across corporate, law firm, university and government organizations, and the legal tech market.
• Deep understanding of the Bloomberg Law platform, including relevant platform tools and architecture, standards, and style.
