Summary: The Director of Lateral Recruitment is responsible for developing and implementing the tactical recruitment plan to support the firm’s prioritized growth initiatives. Prioritized growth planning is the responsibility of the Management Committee in collaboration with the Chief Recruitment, Growth and Performance Officer. Lateral recruitment plans change based on the needs of the firm and client workload and therefore, is dynamic and changes often.
