Miller Mayer, LLP is seeking a full-time associate in our immigration practice group.  Our firm’s immigration clients include hospitals, universities, technology companies, EB-5 regional centers, developers, individual clients, and families. Duties include counseling clients, preparation and review of relevant immigration filings (including PERMS and H-1B petitions), communication with prospective new clients, and supervising legal assistants as needed.  At least three years of relevant experience preferred. Billable hours requirements are reasonable and the salary competitive.
