Key Responsibilities Develop and lead healthcare legal strategy in coordination with C+V Health President. Advise the President and other executive team members on a variety of healthcare related legal and regulatory issues. Develop and maintain legal interactions with relevant local, state and federal regulatory contacts across multiple states. Work closely with outside counsel on administrative and court litigation matters, as necessary. Resolve pre-litigation disputes, litigation and agency matters, with outside counsel, as necessary. Legal review and analysis of innovative business solutions for a high-growth business. Conduct legal and regulatory due diligence on target acquisitions for C+V Health.
