The Washington DC office is seeking a part-time immigration Staff Attorney with 1+ years of experience to provide support to its immigration legal practice. Our legal team seeks capable self-starters with excellent written and oral communication skills who can be flexible to the demands that our clients and the constantly changing landscape of immigration at present. Responsibilities:

• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees across a variety of clients and industries for the full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options in the United States.
• Work closely with client global mobility, human resources, and legal personnel to supply sophisticated legal advice related to the preparation of petitions and applications for submission to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Department of State (DOS) for nonimmigrant and immigrant status for foreign national employees.
• Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
• Handle a wide range of complex immigration matters including preparation, review and submission of all types of immigration cases. 
• Supervise the work of staff in recordkeeping and document preparation. 
• Other duties as required to support other attorneys and the team.
