For a decade D&A has had a strong EB5, E2 and new office L1 visa practice.  Our firm has need of an experienced EB5 lawyer to help manage an existing portfolio of cases and some new matters and potentially leverage our marketing resources to build their practice.

This is a senior position.  The firm is willing to invest in the right candidate to help that lawyer build a portfolio of clients and a practice.  Our firm has a full-time marketing and business development department that have made other lawyers with our firm successful in this way.

Our investment visa lawyers are based in the US, UK (E2 visa specialists and UK legal) and Italy (E2 specialist and Italian law only) with two additional full-time lawyers in India together with a full-time lawyer in Vietnam.

Compensation for this position could be salaried, hourly or by the case.

We adopt a stringent approach to EB5 documentation and filing, our track record of success in this area is everything.  In addition to assuring proper source of funds documentation, in applicable countries our EB5 filing lawyers work with foreign counsel to ensure that client funds are lawfully remitted to the United States; this is not a recent change but an approach our firm has followed for almost a decade.

This position could be based anywhere in the United States or could join our US practice team of 5 people in London.  

We are looking for:

- detail orientation
- licensed in any US State or DC
- ability to work from home or from an office location in the US or London
- experience with consular issues and counselling clients post CR and I526 filing
- 3-4 plus years experience with EB5 filings
- ideally experienced with Indian (and less so Vietnamese) Source of Funds Issues and familiarity with they key provisions of FEMA
- Direct (own business) EB5 experience is a plus
