This position provides legal advice, guidance and support to HSBC Bank USA, N.A.'s Wealth & Personal Banking (“WPB”) business, including the digital and mobile channels, to ensure that exposure to legal risk is managed.  Role Context The jobholder assists the Head of the WPB Payments, Deposits & Bank Operations Legal Team in managing legal risk across the lines of the WPB business, including the digital and mobile channel teams, and support functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
