Associate

The Rudnick Immigration Group is seeking a junior Associate to join our business immigration practice in Center City Philadelphia. The Associate will work alongside our experienced attorneys and staff to provide first rate service to our clients. The position will involve preparation of the full range of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and applications including H-1B's, L-1's, I-140 Immigrant Petitions, Foreign Labor Certifications (PERMs), National Interest Waivers, outstanding researchers, and multinational managers. JD and bar admission or pending bar admission are required. We are looking for applicants with zero to two years of experience, with a demonstrated interest in immigration law. Prior immigration law experience preferred.
