Baker & McKenzie - North America seeks a non-track immigration attorney to join the Employment & Compensation Practice Group in our Chicago Office to manage a high volume docket of global and U.S. immigration cases, draft and prepare complex business visa and immigrant positions, oversee paralegals, and liaise with local counsel as needed

The candidate must stay current on emerging legislation and assess its impact on our client's business. Must have exceptional client service, analytical, organizational and case management skills as well as the ability to simultaneously handle many tasks concurrently. Top academic credentials, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication and writing skills required. Experience with global/business immigration required. Must be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Illinois bar. |
