Ballard Spahr LLP, a national law firm with more than 650 attorneys in 15 offices, is seeking an Analyst to leverage firm technology towards improving business productivity. The chosen candidate will work on a team to provide support for all Human Resources and Attorney Career Advancement systems. This individual will provide maintenance and development of all Workday modules, including Recruiting, HCM, Benefits Time Tracking, Absence and Payroll as well as other HR related applications. The HRIS Analyst will be the system administrator, create and maintain custom security, including custom reporting and analytics, support upgrades, provide user acceptance testing and other technical and process related projects as assigned. This position will be a part of the HRIS team and will be crossed trained to back up the Professional Development HRIS Analyst.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 3 years of Workday business process and configuration experience, including strong custom reporting knowledge preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. A strong level of proficiency with Access and Excel is preferred and a working knowledge of human resources processes and HRIS applications.
