Attend and prepare for master and trial settings in immigration court
Review and submit family based immigration applications as well as other administrative immigration based petitions
Provide initial consultations to prospective clients
Assist legal assistants through analysis and review of supporting documents and general representation matters

- Must have a minimum of one year experience and should be well versed in immigration court practice and family based petitions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to remember important details and analyze facts objectively, ability to present complicated information in a courtroom as well as offer support and counsel to clients.
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with any state.
